Why we ask why.

Why is the driver for values, empathy, compassion, curiosity, discovery, serendipity, vision, innovation, knowledge and performance.

About Nora Grøtting,

founder of Native Why

With degrees in Communication Design (BFA) and Business (MBA), 20 years+ experience in digital media, user centered design and creative strategy for global brands, Nora can help plan and evolve your communication, your products and the experiences they deliver.

Since the early stages of the web, she has been designing user experiences that improve the consumer’s life and customer journey – or drive engagement. Nora works as a consultant for technology companies, agencies and directly for clients, in which case she can set up and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Nora’s approach is rooted in design thinking: she believes in innovation through experimentation (and validation) and collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams (including clients and customers). She seeks to first understand the business model, the brand and the customer.

Having lived and worked in several, very diverse cities across the globe – Singapore, Teheran, Dubai, Nice, Casablanca, Milan, Los Angeles, San Francisco and now Hamburg – she embraces the cultural richness of the world we live in.
